The simplicity principle
There are a lot of buttons and the page feels busy and buttons overlap making the site not simplistic to use. There was a good shortcut when there was the introduction you was given the choice to skip long procedures.
The visibility principle
The buttons overlap and this makes the buttons difficult to use for the user. The buttons are also in consistent throughout the site and look different on each page.
The feedback principle
There are animations keeping the user informed of the loading of pages and the movements through the site.
The tolerance principle
It is not easy to undone mistakes as the user on this site as there is no clear back button and navigation is hard to follow.

The simplicity principle
The layout is simple and so is the navigation. There are shortcuts achieved within the banners that are meaningfully linked to the areas they navigate to.
The visibility principle
The navigation is visible throughout and the main information is always situated in the same position allowing the user not to be overwhelmed.
The feedback principle
The users are informed of changes within navigation with the use of rollovers on images and text. The banners also inform the user of a change with the text ‘click to find out more’.
The tolerance principle
The user can undo and redo site navigation throughout if a mistake is made as the navigation menu is always present.
