After looking through journals in the library I have selected a few artists whose work grab my attention and I have now to narrow those down to the final one.
The first to grab my attention was Steve Wilson a Brighton based illustrator. His designs grabbed my attention for the striking mix of bold colour and fine detailed patterns within some of his prints.

The second that caught my eye was Johnny Cheuk a graphic designer and illustrator based in Hong Kong. Again he is brave with his pallet and quite free with lack of detail replaced with patterns and bold lines within his portraits.
