The music industry as it is a site dedicated purely to peer to peer sharing of music.

2. Who is the target audience?

the target audience will be music downloaders and iTunes users as the link will be avaible on there site.

3. Are we discussing all medias or focusing on one in particular?

focusing just on music as i found there are more film sites avaiable then music sites.
